Shipping policy

All orders from RRS Speed Loaders are shipped out within 3-7 business days of order being placed. Depending on the shipping service chosen during checkout delivery times may vary. These delivery times may vary due to specific times of the year, holidays, acts of God and inclement weather out of the carriers control. RRS Speed Loaders does NOT refund shipping costs for delayed shipments. If the order has not arrived and has been in the carriers possession for more than 21 days please contact us for a lost package claim.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:  (Effective 4/19/2020)

If by chance your delivery is damaged during the shipping process.  All of our shipments carry insurance on them in case of shipping damage.

Option 1: Refuse the delivery and do a return to sender through the shipping carrier. Items must be returned to our shop before replacement will be sent out. No exceptions.

Option 2:  Don't return the item and file the claim with the shipping carrier yourself. With this option you can place another order for the item and have a new one sent out. You will receive the insurance claim check from the shipping carrier.
